A New Chapter

I am transitioning from a job I’ve loved for nearly 8 years in a large health system to working for myself full-time. It’s a bittersweet transition because I am very excited for the next chapter, but also somewhat sad for what I am leaving behind. Change can be difficult, exciting and scary all in one.

One ingredient that helps with a big change is a great support system. For myself it’s been my family, friends and colleagues. They have all been great cheerleaders for me. A support system can look different for each of us. I have worked with some fantastic clients who have honestly answered my “Who is your support system” question with “no one”. In those cases, I’ve been honored to be the first person in their corner. Over time we’ve worked together to help them cheer on themselves and find ways to bring quality people into their lives. If you are someone who is looking to make some changes in your life or adjusting to a transition, I am happy to help you navigate that.
