Telehealth Sessions

 

Convenient

It can be hard to find time to take care of yourself during your busy day. With telehealth, you can schedule a session that fits into your life more easily. All you need is a private space, a stable internet connection and a device (phone, tablet or computer). You won’t have to download a program or figure out a complicated app. Imagine doing therapy in your pajamas! You will also have the ability to be in your safe space which may make it easier for you to share.

Confidential

Our sessions will be completely confidential. I use a secure HIPPA compliant platform. What you share will stay in the safe space of our therapy sessions.*

*Therapists are mandated reporters of child and elder abuse.

 

Methods Used

We can work together to reduce your symptoms and create usable skills for you. Lotus Behavioral Wellness uses CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and Psychodynamic theory to treat anxiety and depression.

Every client is different and there is not a cookie cutter solution that is going to help everyone. We will work together to create a treatment plan that will help you to heal and grow.
